Notifications not working for 1 user

Hi there,

I have an automatic notification set up to email the contact listed in a column once a day when the RAG status changes to red. This seems to be working so far for other contacts except for one individual. Any ideas what might be wrong? I made sure that the sheet was shared to the person, and that their contact details are filled in properly. They also checked already to make sure the email didn't go to their spam folder.

    Hi Robyn,

    Have you tried testing another alert on a different sheet? If you are using exactly the same alert successfully for others, it does tend to suggest either an issue with the email account, or the entry of the email address/contact in Smartsheet.
