Is there a way to apply a color and a logo to each and every sheet without going into each one separately to apply it?  I've tried clicking of the word Workspaces and it is visible there, but it appears I will need to apply each sheet separately.

Yes you can.

 

Once you have created a workspace, you can change the color scheme and logo for every sheet in that workspace.

 

At the home screen just right click on the workspace and there is an option for "Workspace Colors & Logo'.  Now every sheet inside that workspace, and everyone you drop into it will have those color options.

 

We have multiple workspaces, and each one has a diffrerent color scheme.  Good Luck.

You can change the colors and logo for every sheet you own that is not located in a workspace by going to Account > Colors & Logo

Thanks everyone.  I have about 20 workspaces I use with multiple sheets in each workspace and I wanted the entirety to show the same colors and logo.  So, based on your suggestions, I went into each Workspace and added the color and logo.  Worked fine.  Thanks for your help.

Will changing this work for every user who has access to that workspace?

 

I'm trying to get consistent logo & colors for all workspaces tied to our Enterprise account.

Monikka - yes, if you change the colors and logo for a workspace, all users will see those colors and logo while working in the workspace.

I'm wondering if there is like a global setting so that all workspaces under our Enterprise account can be changed at once.

You are welcome! Workspaces each have individual color and logo settings - there is not an option to set this on a global level.

how do we refresh the colors for old reports? and sheets? I am the current admin and I used the colors/logo change ... some of my users mentioned they still see the old colors
