Tracking a Website Relaunch Project Management

I'm planning to use SmartSheets to track the activity for a website relaunch.  The project would contain all the URLs for the site and the status for each page such as: 301 redirect, content refresh needed, Due Date, etc.

 

Does anyone have a sample (screen shot) of the headings and layout they used to do this?
