I have an excel file and a Smartsheet. I am unable to copy paste from the excel into the Smart Sheet. Am I missing something? Video HERE

But seriously.... from what I can see, you seem to move between clicking in the Smartsheet cells to paste and clicking on them. I've found that using Crtl-C and Ctrl-V to copy and paste from external applications works best (as it eliminates browser restrictions).
In short, there should be no reason why you can't do what you were trying to do. Depending on whether or not it is feasible, have you considered importing your Excel sheet into Smartsheet?

This just started happening for 2 of our forms, both connected to the same sheet. If you try to click Submit on either one, it just freezes at "Submitting …". We checked the security settings (removed login required) and size limit (only at < 2k). Any other ideas?
Smartsheet for Google Docs integration previously worked without issues. Recently, users have been unable to complete the authentication process required to merge Smartsheet data into Google Docs templates. Google displays the message: "This app is blocked"
