Is there a way to print a view/dashboard (to pdf) that retains the color background of the title shapes?
The text in the widgets do print in color - it's just the background of titles that reverts to white.

Not sure how you see the print options, but when mine open up, there is an "additional options" shown at the bottom of the print screen. If you select the "background graphics" button, it should print full color
I think Smartsheet functionality is better when using Chrome and it's the only way when printing you can select Background graphics as illustrated by Joy above.
What if your Google Chrome print settings do not have the Color option as shown in the screen shot?

I have shared sheets and dashboards with people outside of my organization, and one has a paid license. Would I be able to grant admin access to this licensed user to their sheet? Or would the ownership of the space by one organization limit the admin accessibility of someone from outside?
