Notifications not working?

I set up a Notification earlier today and it is not working. Is there an issue with the Smartsheet currently?

Have you checked the setting under Alerts & Actions Permissions about who can receive the notifications?

You may also need to check Account Settings > Personal settings and make sure that you have "include my changes in sheet notifications" checked. (See screenshot below)
