Why do some resources that own tasks but can't see their tasks?

Hi Andrée,
We have discovered an issue. When we import activity list from Excel or MS Project, SmartSheet does not recognize the names under the "Assigned to" field column on our SS account. It appears to import as free text. We have several projects that have high volume of tasks. It is not very efficient to have to re-enter the same names listed on our User Management. Any help to resolve this will be greatly appreciated.

Show error message when i need to upgrade the plan
when need to check my plan and upgrade it, it always show screen " it show we ran into error please refresh the page" any clarification whey the happend
Hello, when I collapse the workspace menu, there is no button I can see to click to unhide workspace menu. I've googled the issue and there seems to be no way to get it back without refreshing several times and trial and error. The below screenshot is how to hide the menu… How do I unhide workspace menu?
