I am having an issue when I copy a line from one sheet to another and it is not copying over the contact info i.e. email address. any suggestions?

I'd recommend using the "copy row to another sheet" feature in Smartsheet to make sure the data is copied over. More information on this feature is available in the help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/770589-copying-a-row-to-another-sheet
If you're still not seeing the data on the destination sheet, make sure to scroll to the right as new columns may have been added on the right side.
Still looking for documentation, but I am curious about the limitations with the dropdown linking in Table View. Does a person need to have access to the dropdown source sheet in order for the dropdowns to populate on the Table sheet?
