Linking Errors

When I link out from my smartsheet to individual schedules it does not show the link anymore until I refresh and then it crashes.

I get this error - see screenshot

User Creation Error
Hi There ; While creating an user i am getting attached error.This person i would like to create as a viewer.How can i solve this issue ?
Access to add data to sheets
we have a lot of sheets that users need to enter data and add attachments and the like. what permissions are needed for this? it seems we have some users who are admin - but they don't really need to be. so how are the permissions set to be able to add data to sheets, and remove from being admins?
Need both Text and Contact List versions of people on same sheet
