How to add conditional formatting based on another cell?

Dear Team,

I am newbie to Excel conditional formatting

I am trying to add formula based on another cell.

Please see my attached document.

Cell J has Dispatch Date & Cell K has Due Date.

I need following:

any dates <14 days  from dispatch date date shows in green

Any dates < 7 days from dispatch date shown in yellow

any dates > 14 days  from dispatch date date shows in Red

 

please assist.
