Setting up a Program with multiple project

Hello! I am fairly new to SmartSheet and am looking for some advice on how to set up a program management sheet.

In short, I have multiple sites which have various tasks I need to track of. I would like to organize by site and task or at least be able to pull a report (or look at a dashboard) that will indicate what is happening at each site on any given day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

It sounds to me that a report that that looks at the different sites would work. Cell linking is another option. I would need more information to be able to give you a more precise recommendation because it all depends on your specific needs.

Hi,

I am totally new, and curious about Smartsheet abilities. I had the same question as above about program dashboards. I.e., having the ability to create a dashboard or generate reports that integrate data from different projects when each project is managed by a different user from the same organization (i.e. project managers)

As Andree mentioned, a report is your best option to collate data from across the organization, especially if the structure is uniform.

I will note that you'll need to be on a Business or Enterprise plan in order to bring multiple sheets into one Report.
