Setting up a Program with multiple project

Hello! I am fairly new to SmartSheet and am looking for some advice on how to set up a program management sheet.

In short, I have multiple sites which have various tasks I need to track of. I would like to organize by site and task or at least be able to pull a report (or look at a dashboard) that will indicate what is happening at each site on any given day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
