Hours delay that changes made in sheets are also visible in reports

Hello Community,

 

Our team of editors and other colleagues have made a big sheet where all the information on the testimonials that our members give is visible. From this sheet several reports were made.

 

Since this tuesday, May 6, people noticed that changes made to the sheet are visible in the reports some 6 hours later.

 

Can you explain this delay?

Hi Wil - there were some known issues with reporting delays over the last couple days but this has been resolved by our Operations team. See this thread for more information: https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/reports-using-checkboxes
