"Sticky Notes"

Any update on adding virtual "sticky notes" to an SS? This was discussed back in 2016, but maybe there has been some movement?

For example, a "sticky note" to a page to update viewers that the page is being edited w/completion date would be super helpful.

Couldn't this be done by taking the first row of your spreadsheet and coloring it, and putting a status message within it? I guess I am not fully understanding your need. Just a current user trying to gain an understanding of your request.
