I'm looking for a change control form with workflow for approval. It should be tailored for I.T. Surprisingly I can' seem to find one in Smartsheet. Does anybody have a good one?

Phishing Submissions
Hello, Are other users receiving phishing submissions through their forms? I had two separate sheets receive phishing submissions, and one had about 40 of a similar spam submitted with different email accounts. Is this being looked at as an issue already with Smartsheet? Thanks, Devon
