hi ive set up a couple of new sheets and looked to sort the rows A-Z but wont allow me? any ideas to fix this problem

Hello,
You may have a filter enabled. Try clicking the filter icon in the toolbar at the top to disable the filter, then apply your sort. (You can click the filter icon again to enable the filter after sorting.)
I tried to sign into my Smartsheet portal it asked for an authenticator code. I don’t have one and I can’t find the QR code to authenticator to my own Microsoft authenticator app. Can anyone help me?
