Importing output from excel to populate smartsheets
Good afternoon all....I have built a pretty involved excel spreadsheet that was originally to be used as a quick price quote tool for a print shop. Input is required for Material, size and quantity which will generate a price for a single and/or double side print. We currently manually enter each of our workorders into smartsheets for tracking purposes, so I was wondering if I tailored the quote tool so you could submit an order from the same online form, if the output data can auto populate into smartsheets to create a new job

You might consider using a Smartsheet form with your sheet. More information on this is available in the help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/522221-collect-information-form
Smartsheet forms will populate data in the form of a new row at the top or bottom of the sheet when someone makes a submission.

Depending on your Quote solution you could probably automate it with the help of a service like Zapier.
