Smartsheet to Outlook Tasks
In my Smartsheet projects, in addition to the usual statuses of "complete", "in progress", etc. I have a status called "Action Item" where I designate items that I personally need to take care of.
Is there a way to make these items appear as "tasks" in my Outlook?
(reason: I prefer to block off times for my tasks in my outlook calendar by actual times which Smartsheet doesn't allow. This will save me copy and pasting tasks that I've designated in Smartsheet)

Hello,
There currently isn't a way to have rows in Smartsheet conditionally appear as tasks in Outlook. When you have a moment, please submit a product enhancement request using the form under Quick links on the right of the community site to let our Product team know that you'd like to see this feature added.
With that being said, you can publish your sheet's Calendar view to Outlook with the steps in our help center article: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/775707-publishing-a-smartsheet-calendar-to-ical
You might consider copying your "Action Items" rows from your current sheet to another sheet, then publishing that sheet. More on copying rows to another sheet can be found here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/770589-copying-a-row-to-another-sheet
