Customising subject headings in approval and other notifications

Hi. The subject headings provided by Smartsheet are too general. For example I would like to customise an annual leave approval request by having the person's name included in the Subject Heading ie Leave Request by Mytch Jeffrey or similar. I have tried using advanced settings but this is limited.

Has anyone got a work around for this and similar update requests that can flow automatically without having to manually change the heading?

Getting Error About Emulated Environments
Hi, I have read the post from 8/21/25. I am still getting the same error. I am setting up a new device and just download the latest version as of 9/5/25. I am using a Eunivon Smart White Board for touchscreen capability. It is running Android 14. Any help would be appreciated.
