Widgets and Accounts
Hi
I am trying to lower someones access that set up dashboards with widgets on as they have left the department. However as we still need to use the dashboards, if I lower the access from Admin to Viewer or editor cant share, the widgets disappear. Please help??

Sounds like only that user has access to some of the underlying "feeder" sheets/reports. You should probably double-check the new admin/owner's access to all of the items that feed into the dashboard.

It turns out I had to make myself the owner of the workspace and then bring the reports back under my permissions. Thanks for helping out!!
