Why dont you have a chat app Smartsheet ?

I have been trying to change the background colour of some forms with no success, sending a mail to Smartsheet to get support is like being transported back to the 90´s. Perhaps I should try a fax? 

 

Anyone out there that could help? I have tried to change the parameters of the workspace and that is fine, but when I  go to the sheet it is wrong again. I want to chage from dark to light on everything, when I make the chage and save it does not seem to  take it. Any smarrtsheet ninjas out there ?

Hi,

Have you changed the settings in the form?

Have you checked the "Personal Colors & Logo..." settings?

Are you the account owner? If yes, please check the "Account Colors Settings & Logo" in the Account Administration ->Account Settings. If no, check with the owner if they put the Branding for the account to be strict (users can't change)

Please upload a screenshot If the above doesn't help.
