I am wanting a formula for new hires to be based off their hire date and to generate a date that would be 30 days after they are hired following on the 1st of the month.
So you want to go forward 30 days, and then the 1st of the month following those 30 days? I just want to make sure I'm clear, so we can get you the most accurate solution.

Its very frustrating when you are adding multiple columns and having to use the slide bar to move to the end and then click the 3 dots and add another column. Seems there has to be an easier more productive way.
