timeframe arrow in calendar view doesnt work

Hello!  I'm still a novice in this tool.  For some unknown reasons, I can no longer scroll  to different weeks or timeframe arrow is not working.  Thus, I cannot change my current view to my desired period.  I checked my other sheets and works perfectly but not the file I'm working.

Hi!  Andree,

Thank you for your quick response.

Anyway, !'m sharing a blank calendar view  (from other sheet) for confidentiality.  Anyway, my issue with the other sheet is I'm stuck with a certain week and it doesn't move or change the view if I click in the calendar  (left corner) or The vertical scroll bar on the right corner is not showing.  Thus, I can't scroll up and down to see the previous or future weeks

How do you share the sheet? Regular share or is it published?

Unfortunately, I can't see your screenshot (i think the community is having issues with pictures at the moment)

it's Regular share...I have about 1600 rows...does it have something to do with the size or someone must have accidentally lock it?  I have uploaded the pic and let me know if it works.

I don't think it's a size or lock problem. Have you tried to open Smartsheet in another browser or restarting the one that you're using? Before restarting you could try to log out/ in again.
