Barcode Scanner Issue

I have been trying to get the Barcode Scanning to work for our inventory spreadsheet. I have the latest version of the Smartsheet on my iOS phone which is Version 5.1. Everytime I try to scan a bar code it just comes up with the number or the letters of the Bar code and not a picture of the Bar Code itself. I have followed the Directions on the web site and it is still is not working.

The Video is what I am doing currently. If you go into the bar code sheet itself which is the Bar Code Inventory Management template you will see that there is just a picture of a bar code and nothing else. That is what we are looking to get for this sheet. It is not working to correct way.

I am having the same issue. The barcode scanning option works in the actual Sheet, but not when I am trying to upload using the Form I created.
