"Other sheet" removal
I have some issues with resource management view due to having "other sheets" mess up the allocated percentage view. Me and a colleague are the only ones to create sheets in our section and i believe that these "other sheets" where created by us in some kind of draft, unshared but not deleted. Is there anyway to trace these sheets down and remove them? Like i said, iยดm pretty sure that i created the sheets.

Are either of you a SysAdmin?
If so, you can download the Sheet Access Report and you should be able to find sheets that you are not shared to but might have the resource allocated.

I am having this same issue - are there any resolutions?ย The resource management view is not reflecting "truth" due toย "other sheets" addingย up the allocated percentage.
