Hi,
in excel I have color scale option within conditional formating which highlights the top, middle and bottom results (you can choose raws columns of cells). How do I achieve that in smartsheet grid/sheet?)
You will need to set up each color scale one by one. There is no automated guess work like in Excel. You will likely need one or more columns to provide an easy sorting.
I might be tempted to build the scaling in a separate area, either on the Sheet or in another using X-Sheet References.
The LARGE, SMALL, COLLECT functions might be of help to create your criteria.
