I've set my conditional formatting for rows marked "delivered." However nothing is happening. Any help on what step I may be missing is greatly appreciated. I've attached a screenshot for reference. Thank you.
I'm experiencing a lag in conditional formatting. The rule is defined correctly but the formatting doesn't appear until the page is refreshed. Maybe that's the default behavior, I don't know I'm only at this a few months.
(Update) I just tested and when I try the conditional formatting it changes instantly when I'm checking/unchecking a box. However I just sat with someone this morning and when she changed the value the formatting did not appear without a page refresh. I am the owner of the sheets and my co-worker is viewing the data through a report, .... not the original sheet.

I am indeed the owner. I've refreshed as well. I've gone so far as to close out of Smartsheet and re-open it to make sure the rule is still there. It is there but doesn't show up.
You changed the format only for the task bar (Gantt view). You would need to change the background color of the cell. See screenshot. You'll want to change the circled one. You changed the underlined one.

Happy to help. I did the same thing (with much frustration) many times when I first started using Smartsheet. It wasn't until I started using Gantt view that I realized what was happening.
New to the community, but not new to Smartsheet. Anyone know when conditional formatting will include currency, percentage, and decimal functionality?
Using several hidden columns to filter rows and change font to bold and back. Works great, but can't get rows that change dynamically to change from coma format to dollar format with conditional formatting.
Anyone have a workaround? If I come up with something on my own, I'll post it here.

Can you provide some screenshots with confidential/sensitive data removed, replaced with "dummy data", or blacked out?
If you can show an example of what you are trying to do along with an example of what is actually helping happening, we may be able to come up with a solution for you.

I'm having the same issue as Mike L. I've got conditional formatting set up on my owned sheet and the formatting works fine (and immediately), but on the report (based off the sheet) if I make a change that should be affected by the conditional formatting it doesn't change. After I save it doesn't change. Only after I refresh the page does it change.
