I have created webhook successfully and enabled it to true, so when I change something on the sheet I am NOT getting a callback.

Webhooks require a hosted app server which has been made available to the Internet in order to work. If you're not getting a callback, it's possibly due to Smartsheet not being able to access your app server. Try troubleshooting your firewall (if you have one) and making sure that the server can be accessed via the Internet.
If that isn't the case, please reach out to our Support team and they can troubleshoot with you further.
Where do I go to make sure my Workspaces are being backed up? It seems that currently only one of our Workspaces is being backed up.
