E-Academy Changes
Hello,
With the new E-Academy interface, will the work that I do be logged and show that I have already completed a course?
Right now, it is hard to see what I have done and what I haven't done and I really don't have time to go over what I already know or try to figure out which part of which sections I already took if they have been rearranged.
Also, I when I go into a new course, where can I find the place to download the PDF that goes with the course?

Wow. They really have changed up the interface. I am not sure how you would go about tracking completion, but it look like you should be able to access the downloads if you scroll to the bottom of the screen when you first open the video.

Yes, when I scroll down, I can access activity sheets. But I need the PDF with instructions. I learn best when I am able to read and do it on my own after watching the videos.

Hmm... I am seeing a little blue check next to the course when completed, but I can't seem to find the PDF's. It may be something you'll have to contact Smartsheet directly for.

I followed up with the training team to investigate and it sounds as if what you experienced occurred during a planned update. Everything should be back to normal now.
