Is anyone experiencing issues with setting up Alerts & Actions? I have tried numerous times to create automated updates requests and they are not being saved even though it appears they are saved (by the number next to Manage Alerts & Actions.

Cant, you see them after you've created them? Have you tried logging out and in again?
