How do I round this percentage to the nearest whole number? Or at the most 2 decimal places?

You would wrap the portion of the formula that generates the actual number in your ROUND function.

=ROUND(100 * (COUNTIFS(CHILDREN(), 1) / COUNT(CHILDREN()))) + "%"

The above will give you the nearest whole number.

The below would be two decimal places.

=ROUND(100 * (COUNTIFS(CHILDREN(), 1) / COUNT(CHILDREN())), 2) + "%"
