Quote Request to Multiple Suppliers

Hello,

I am looking at finding a way to send a quote request to a chosen list of suppliers.

Is there any way I can send a row with all of the quote information to multiple email addresses where it will create a new row for each quote returned? I can then review the prices before choosing which supplier to proceed with.

Any help is much appreciated

Is it just one price for something or is it many different sections? Do you have an example?

Sometimes it would be one price and sometimes I would need a few, so the best way to do this would be to allow the supplier to type into a box the price or prices and notes. Sometimes we require various products or different quantities.

All of the details of the quote would be inputted by myself with columns for (quantity, paper weight, colour, size) etc

There are a few different ways to set this up. One way to do it could be to create a sheet per vendor and have another sheet collect everything to compare.

I've set up something similar for clients earlier.
