How do I add the attachment column to my smartsheet? I can attach items but the paper clip icon does not appear in the left hand side.
@darsaklis You cannot delete the attachment column. You can only hide it. Try right clicking on any column header and selecting the option to unhide all columns. The attachment column should now be visible again.
Hi I am having the same issue. I have attached documents to the line and now the paperclip icon is gone. I have gone to the top of the row to see if maybe I hid it but nothing. I can still access my attachments by right-clicking in that first column/row.
@Linda W Make sure you right click on any column header and select "Unhide". Also make sure you are scrolled all the way over to the left of the sheet. You may also want to double check your browser zoom settings. I personally have not had it so that zooming in "hid" the attachment column, but I believe I read somewhere else here in the community some time ago that that was the issue for another user.
