Forms not redirecting to the designated url.

Suddenly all my forms are not redirecting to the designated url. Only noticed now that it has been going on from last week. I've used forms for almost a year and never encountered this issue. 

 

When I copy and paste the designated url to the browser it renders properly, but when submitting the form on the website it does not work. You can test here: http://www.sacpa.co.za/index.php/pf-selected-package-registration

Hi,

It looks like a ReCaptcha error. Please try to turn it off to see if that works.

I saw that some changes were happening so that could have been the reason for the error.

No worries!

Glad to hear that you got it working albeit with a workaround.

An extra tip that might help: You can now have a Dashboard with sheet information or something else on one side and the form on the other side.
