Are there any plans to integrate Smartsheet and OneNote in a similar manner as the Evernote integration? I'm starting to move my notes over to Evernote due to the lack of an integration. It would be great to stick with OneNote as it it my preferred note taking app.

Yep! We've been waiting for the OneNote (OneDrive for Biz) APIs to mature, and from what we understand they are finally rich enough to enable an analogous integration. So, the OneNote integration is on the roadmap but I don't have a hard target date at this time. Will keep everyone posted.
I am looking forward to the integration of Smartsheet and OneNote. Right now I use the Following work around to linke a OneNote page to a row in Smartsheet:
- Get the web link for the page
- Open the link in browser
- Use an URL shortener (http://bit.ly or another service)
- Copy the shortened URL to Smartsheet
While 'waiting' for full integration with OneNote, it would be very helpful if Smarthsheet could implement a feature that accepts a OneNote Link by taking the first part (the web link for the page) and discarding the direct link (the second part). As of now, I understand that I have to paste the link in an editor, delete and copy only the first part to the clipboard for pasting into Smartsheet. This extra step is time consuming and very inconvenient.
@Ernest - what do you mean by web link vs direct link? When adding a file URL to a row, you should add the entire URL, not just part of it. Unless I dont understand what you are referring to. Can you show an example?
+1 would be very useful feature that I would like to see added.
Any updates on a potential integration with OneNote?
The new onedrive integration does not seem to have true onenote support. I need the ability to link to a specific note not attach files on my onedrive cloud storage. Right now when pasting in a URL from 1N it is invalid with out pasting into notepad first and editing.
Bumping up the subject - i personally use OneNote for work related topics and Smartsheet. Looking forward for any news about integration
Is there any updates when smartshet will work with one note?
Providing the ability to easily attach OneNote notes to Smartsheet is something we plan to do but we aren't able to commit to a date at this time. Your feedback and interest here is someting that we review to priortize though, so thanks for posting and keep the feedback coming.

Here is my functional workaround today. I use onenote just for notes. Sometimes I type them in. Often I push pages from my livescribe (love the livescribe!!). So if the onenote conent is needed for smartsheet, then I email the page and then when I receive it in outlook (thank you for this integration!!!) then I add or update the row directly from outlook. My livescribe notes are images and onenot text is in the comments. The downfall is that the comments/images are static.
