Clear cell data based on dropdown selection

HI,

I need to clear a date in a cell when a dropdown list selection is set to completed. This will then in turn remove the notifications from appearing and removed the conditional formatting used a visual tool.

Ive tested an IF statement on the date cell, by adding the IF statement, adding the date and then selecting the dropdown list option.

Is this even possible?

You could either add a condition to your rule that adds if the status is... You can then use the options to check mark each different status you want to send the notification on. In this case you would "select all" and then un-select "Complete".
