My opinion:
For me, this has been a long running problem. ENGAGE has/had little or nothing to do with it. Your best bet is to call them.

I agree Smartsheet email support is severely lacking and is a real let down to users. You get issued a case number then nothing...and calling is difficult and inconvenient if you are overseas.
I am looking for a way to automate a cell so that when column A displays 9 'Days Open' (or between the values 0-14) the 'Req Age' will auto populate (or trigger) the ranges provided. Image below: I want the highlighted section to auto populate based on the value in 'Days Open'
Good morning, I haven't needed to do this is quit a while but I went to clean up the "Sheets" folder in my account and can no longer create a folder, sheet, or report in any area of that folder.
