Is it possible to show slack time for each activity on the Gantt Chart ?
where can i find ES, EF, LS and LF in smartsheet ?

Slack capability and a simple gantt chart baseline feature would be great..
Team, you really need to address this. Slack time, or a "Start No-Earlier-Than Finish" dependency function is truly required for complex projects. We used Smartsheet to manage 80+ applications requiring changes relating to an ERP split. It is very difficult to show the dependencies without creating manual tollgates, a completely NVA activity.

Based on the timeline of this request, it doesn't look like Smartsheet is taking this issue seriously.

Please add my vote: we need task float(slack) and/or late start dates in a new column on the Gantt view. Otherwise it's hard to judge what flexibility I have in the schedule to start a task later than early start date shown, without its becoming on the critical path. ie - float = how many (days) do I have before my task has zero float or slack?
I'd like to add my vote for this feature as well
