Formula for most recently modified among checked items only
Hello,
I'm working within a sheet and want to be able to show the most recently modified date only from a set of tasks that have also been checked.
So far I have =MAX([Modified Date]:[Modified Date])
This should show the most recently modified, but I'm not sure how to filter out the unchecked items (IF statement?).
Any advise is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,
Try this.
=MAX(COLLECT([Modified Date]:[Modified Date]; [Closing Checklist?]:[Closing Checklist?]; 1))
Depending on your country you’ll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.
I hope this helps you!
