Reminders for web form submission

Does anyone know how to set up a reminder for certain people shared on a sheet to submit their webform by a certain day? I have set up a sheet with a web form attached for employees to submit their weekly timesheets. The timesheet should be submitted by each Monday morning. I want an alert to go out to everyone on the Monday morning to remind them to submit their timehseet (can be alerted whether it is done or not). Thanks in advance!

    I have answered my own question!....If you go to Update Requests at the bottom of the sheet you can send an update request to whoever you want on your sheet with a message stating the information you require. If you then look down to Delivery at the bottom of the pop up box and click on schedule you can set up a recurring email on a weekly basis at a certain time. I have set up an update request to go to certain people on my sheet to remind them each Monday at 8am to submit their weekly timesheet web form if they haven't done so already Smile
