When I right click on a row, the "Send Update Request" is grayed out and I am not able to click it.
How do I fix this?
If the row is locked you will not be able to send an update request! Is the row locked?
You might also want to check your permissions.

Good morning! With all the changes in the University, it appears there is no self-paced Blueprint training anymore, and the only way to learn is through an instructor-led course at $1800 or a $3000 pass. Is that correct or am I missing something?
