Hi
I am trying to set a report to only return the top 5 entries in a sheet based on a sort criteria, Does anyone know how this can be achieved?
Thanks in advance
You would need to set up a table and reference your data using a LARGE function.
Here is some additional data on using the Large function.

There are a few different options. The easiest one would be to build the LARGE function into an IF statement in a checkbox column that will automatically check the box if that person is in the top 5. You can then create a report that pulls the rows based on having that box checked.

I shared access to a user to a specific folder under workspace A (folder is 2025-09-Service Factory). However, I can see that he's shown to have access to all the other child folders under 02-ACTIVE Initiatives. Why is that when I only shared out one folder? Is there a way to only share access to users to ONLY specific…
