Is there a template that tracks a Business Checking Account.
To extend on that, I'm also looking for a template that will generate invoices.

Have you looked thru the Solution Center regarding the Business Checking Account template? It seems like it would be reasonably easy to create otherwise. Let me know if you need help!
Regarding the invoices, a great option depending on your specific needs could be to use the integration with Google Docs or maybe DocuSign.
