Link Smartsheet forms to a sub domain on our website

I would like to know if a Smartsheet form can be linked to a sub domain on our site.

Yes, you can embed the form where you want it to be.

Thank you for the reply. Are there instructions on how to set this up? I created a CNAME record and used the form link but it did not work.

I actually want the whole page/form to appear as an independent form/page when we visit one of our subdomain URL.

To embed the form, you would use an iframe HTML code. Isn't that what you want to do?

I do not want to embed this to another HTML page. I just want to link the form to a subdomain on our page so that when I visit form.mydomain.com, the Smartsheet form opens.
