Adding automated collumns linking Smartsheet and Smartsheet Merge.

Is there a way that, when I merge a row using Smartmeet merge on google docs, I can make one of my collumns on my smart sheet home (https://app.smartsheet.com/b/home) automatically update to note it has been merged via google docs?
