How To Build Report Based On Created Date
Hi everyone, I really need help of your expertise.
I have develop one form and its purpose is to collect Facility Manager (FM) daily inspection on each floor. I have created one column "Created_Date" just to monitor new submission from FM. As you can see in "1.JPG" Each Question has yes, no and N/A answer. In "2.JPG" is about the SUM of 12 questions answer. At the end of month I need to run report of the SUM answer. I have no idea to create those report. Does anyone know how to generate it? Please need your help.

Hi Kamil,
Is everything collected on one or multiple sheets? Are the totals on the sheet(s) for all the submissions?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? That would make it easier to help.
