Is there a special location or process to log feature requests? I just don't want to clutter up the forums.

Hi Robert, as stated by Travis in an earlier post - "the Support team tracks customer feedback and submits their requests to the Product team. You can contact them by emailing support@smartsheet.com".

Also, from www.smartsheet.com, select the Support menu at the top, the Help Center.
On the right is "Contact Us". Under that, "Submit a question".
It should take you here:
http://help.smartsheet.com/customer/portal/emails/new?
Under the emails option, you can select "Suggestions and Requests".
In my experience, the team is very responsive.

I was putting my requests in via the support email, but found that it was nice to be able to have others see and like the feature requests in the forum. The response time for both is about equal, but the visibility to the community using the forum option is nice (imho). I look in the community now before I put in requests, to add weight to the existing requests.
