How do I get the column Description to flow from a Table to a report?

Currently, column descriptions are only visible in sheets —they cannot be viewed in reports or dashboards. When you have a moment, please submit a Product Enhancement Request (you’ll find a link to this here in Community under Quick links on the right).
I'd like to see this feature added also - submitted enhancement request.

In the new USM, are users who are designated as Viewers only able to download/export sheets they are given access to e.g. to Excel?
I just tried to create my first dashboard using the timeline chart widget. I have set it to open the source data when clicked however it does not work. I've done this multiple times without success.
