Was trying this on my sheet. Any thoughts on why I am getting invalid operation for the below?
=IF(=SUM([Date of Early Case Assessment]@row - [Date of Assignment]@row) = 0, "", =SUM([Date of Assignment]@row - [Date of Early Case Assessment]@row))

Hi @BenG0706
I hope you're well and safe!
Try something like this.
=IF(SUM([Date of Early Case Assessment]@row - [Date of Assignment]@row) = 0, "", SUM([Date of Assignment]@row - [Date of Early Case Assessment]@row))
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

That did it (had to switch the order of the if false portion though). Was the only issue the the equal sign before the sum? Thanks!

Hello Paul, this If formula does work, the issues is that it is hiding all the values in the specific cell, is there a way to just hide the zeros?

=IF(SUM({Open Positions - Per Employee Group Range 6}, {Open Positions - Per Employee Group Range 7}, {Open Positions - Per Employee Group Range 8}, {Open Positions - Per Employee Group Range 9}, {Open Positions - Per Employee Group Range 10}, {Open Positions - Per Employee Group (SG&A Range 2}) <> 0, SUM({Open Positions - Per Employee Group Range 6}, {Open Positions - Per Employee Group Range 7}, {Open Positions - Per Employee Group Range 8}, {Open Positions - Per Employee Group Range 9}, {Open Positions - Per Employee Group Range 10}, {Open Positions - Per Employee Group (SG&A Range 2}))
