Looking for General Help

I am relatively new to SmartSheet.  I have been using it as a glorified spreadsheet for about a year in my small business.  I opted for it due to the notification feature as I work remotely most of the time. As I always seem to do, if I figure out it can do "this", I think it should be able to do "that" but I really don't have any programming knowledge but in 35 years of using apps I know there has to be a way. I am willing to do some training but would like to fast track some of the projects buy getting specific help and answers, but don't really know the best way to do that as I do not know a single person or other company that uses the product.  Previously, when I had this issue, I would hire a recommended person or company to help me with specific small, usually simple parts of the project, ie how can I do "this"? Or how should I set up this system…  Wondering if anyone could make a recommendation on who to contact?  Thanks
