Maybe I am missing it, but is there anyway to be notified if an email sent out from Smartsheet (invite, update request), bounces for some reason? Thanks.
There is not a way for you to see if an email bounces. Once it is sent from Smartsheet, we do not track it. If you have users who are not receiving emails, contact support@smartsheet.com and they can help you troubleshoot.
